ABOUT US
IncoCharge is a charge point operator based in Liverpool, the North West England covering the whole of the UK to support the adoption of EV Technology.
We provide services to support infrastructure whilst having the ability to provide data insight to EVSE asset's, this is done in many ways including payment management, hardware usage, infrastructure demand and the ability to scale up infrastructure when required.
We do this by working with our software partners by providing a detailed insight to fleet management and to optimise such fleet by reviewing route data that is analysed. This reduces risk on infrastructure spend and prevents expensive supply upgrade costs where it is not needed.
We at IncoCharge is determined to remove the challenges of uncertainty to Electric Vehicle adoption by providing a unique continuity link with existing contractors and end clients, whilst continually supporting our customers with the aided use of software providing insight to statistics, data and a simple, joyful charging experience.

Since founding Cassidy Systems Limited back in 2021 by the current Managing Director Dylan Cassidy. He has had the opportunity to see the industry develop widely and noticed a rise in uncertainty from customers in the adoption of Electric Vehicle technology.
Dylan's core aim was to create a company that specifically specalised in EV charging to provide the support and full turn-key service in which would provide a one-stop solution to the challenges faced in the industry.
After successful project designs and deployment, Dylan decided to launch the brand "IncoCharge", this was due to the fact not many people understood what Cassidy Systems was or actually meant, as it was confused for general electrical services, instead of EV & smart charging.
IncoCharge was founded by Dylan Cassidy in 2023 and it's name is based on creativity and with the ability to work together and adapt.
Our brand's mission is: "To develop a friendly, reliable and transparent service, whilst building a sustainable solution for all."
We are based in Liverpool, the North West of England and currently operate all over the UK for AC and DC charging installation and support.
Whilst IncoCharge is a brand of Cassidy Systems, it is also a trading name of Cassidy Systems Limited, and as a result of the above, we will showcase our accreditation and projects on our IncoCharge website.
